Oh dear, Madonna has done some crazy stuff over the years (the sex book springs to mind!) but to fill your gob with gold just caps it all (notice the pun?)
Madge has only gone and smacked a load of gold in her chops, one can only guess it is to detract attention from her wrinkles.
Obviously we would not say it to her face – have you seen how big her arm muscles are? Our guess is she has wanked off a fair few men over the years. Probably best to refuse any offers for a blow job from Madonna until she removes the gold around her teeth.
Afterall, just ‘cos it’s gold doesn’t mean it will glitter!
